New Sputter Facility
The new sputter machine designed to extended capability with optional polarising coating (FeSi).
Thanks to Jedlik Ányos program of the Hungarian Government for the fund supported for the realization of the new facility.
Operation test will start in January. 2011.
FeSiNx polarizing supermirror
Mirrotron has started producing FeSiNx polarizing supermirrors.
Figure shows mirror on float glass substrate m = 2, R(spin up) = 90%, polarization = 97%.
